Robert Bird - Chairman
Since founding the company, Robert Bird has been a consistent driving force in the development and expansion of Robert Bird Group. Robert’s tireless enthusiasm and hands-on approach has earnt him the respect of his peers and other industry professionals. By ensuring that the companies focus has stayed on training people, retaining knowledge and adding value to all clients, Robert has led the Robert Bird Group to become one of the leading consultancies in the industry.
Jason Beutel - Chief Executive Officer / UK & MENA Managing Director
Jason joined Robert Bird Group in 1995 after graduating from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Since then Jason has worked on a variety of projects within Australia and South East Asia and also continued his relationship with QUT through lecturing and tutoring, writing and presenting a number of technical papers and supervising PHD Candidates.
Grant Weir - Managing Director Building Group
Grant joined Robert Bird in 1986, and has acquired extensive international experience and recognition as a structural engineer. Clients particularly appreciate Grant for his skills in value engineering management of the design process and project delivery.
Nick Barker - Managing Director Exallos Group
Nick established Exallos to provide its specialised services to all Group offices. He has over 20 years experience with leading consulting engineering firms. Nick is a recognised leader in the use of analytical design methods, the design of temporary works and construction methodology - along with specialist knowledge in the construction of high-rise buildings.
Warwick Redgrave - Deputy Chairman & Director
Warwick has worked in the construction and development industry for over 40 years, the past 18 years with Robert Bird Group. Throughout his career, Warwick has worked with many of the best-known developers in Australia and on numerous landmark projects.
Chris Potter - Operations Director
Chris graduated with first class honours in 1987 and has worked in Australia and the United Kingdom. Chris joined Robert Bird Group in 1994 and has worked as a senior structural engineer design team leader and project director on a number of large scale projects including high-rise buildings, wharves and heritage refurbishments.
