These include both deep basement, multistorey structure car parking and include numerous facilities where mechanised car stackers are utilised.

We tailor our solutions to suit restricted site access, by planning and coordinating vertical elements of structures above the car park to suit parking layouts and driveways. Our in-depth knowledge of shoring and retention systems allows contractors to construct perimeter wall systems with minimal space wastage when constructing basement car parking.

Robert Bird Groups innovative approach has resulted in solutions that have removed the need to construct entire levels of basement car parking. At the Pacific Treasure project in Kuala Lumpur, a specially-designed narrow structural steel plunge-in column (capable of supporting 23 floor levels during simultaneous tower and top-down construction) provided three car bays between columns instead of the originally planned two. This resulted in the deletion of two basement levels from the original eight required.
